Inland Bikers M.C.C

Inland Bikers M.C.C was officially set up in April 2011 by a number of keen bikers from the Midlands area, primarily from Delvin Co Westmeath, this small group is now the Executive Committee.

It is a motorcycle club set up to raise money for different charities, both local and national. It is a non- profit making club with all monies collected been distributed accordingly.

But while April 2011 is the official Club launch date, the seed was sown long before that!  Inland Bikers is the brainchild of Larry Murtagh (Chairman) and Mick Mulryan (President), who had both been playing with the idea for many years beforehand.   They got together to launch the first charity bike run in August 2010 in conjunction with the Delvin Hospice which turned out to be a roaring success!

With over 80 bikes taking part in the run, it was a token gesture to the lads as they had attended many bike runs themselves over the years.

When Alan Fallon (Secretary) came up with the idea of putting a float in the St Patrick’s Day Parade in Delvin this year, the first Inland Bikers M.C.C sign was made and all of a sudden Larry and Mick’s dream became reality.
